    Depends on the source. There are legit packs out there, but few and far between on ebay.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    Bought some 75 mini packs "from a guy" who seemed legit.. $37 a pack when 37 was fair market....got a PSA 8 Nolan Ryan. Among others.

    So they're out there....rare, but...

    Love the 1980 wax pack, been buying a few PSA versions lately.
