How much would these sell for at auction?

These 3 cards are part of a bigger collection I'm looking at buying and I can't find comparable sales anywhere. A couple are listed on ebay but there isn't any completed listings to look at for them. They are 3 of more valuable cards in the collection so I need some input if anyone has an idea as to what they'd sell for at auction. Thanks

2008 Bowman Chrome Buster Posey Rookie Auto Gold /50 BGS 9.5 (Listed on Ebay with BIN/BO - BGS 9.5 for $2800, PSA 9 for $1800, BGS 9 for $1699)
2006 Bowman Chrome Evan Longoria Rookie Auto Gold /50 BGS 9 (Listed on Ebay with BIN/BO - PSA 9 for $2375, PSA 9 for $1999)
2005 Bowman Chrome Justin Verlander Rookie Auto Gold /50 BGS 9 (Listed on Ebay with BIN/BO - BGS 9.5 for $2500, PSA 9 for $1950)

    I think the BINS on those are all a little on the high side. I cant see the premium being that high for modern graded cards. I could be wrong, but it seems like the top end of expectation would be half of that

    so you are thinking the Posey would bring in the $1400 or so range, Longoria $1000-$1200, and Verlander around $900-$1000?

    Gold refractors are highly coveted. In that group you have one card that should command $1K to $1.4K in Mint Condition and that's the Verlander. The Posey is a very nice card but would put it at $1800 in Gem Mint at the highest with room to grow as his career does. The highest risk of the group is the Longoria but $800 to $1K in Mint wouldn't be too far off. The one important factor you left out were the Autograph grades, are they all 10s?

    I looked up only the Verlander, but here's some sales:

    A BGS 9 sold 5/5/13 on ebay for $745.18 - auction
    Ungraded sold 5/18/13 on ebay for $755.35 - auction
    Ungraded sold 11/24/13 on ebay for $588 - BIN

    Evan Longoria
    BGS 8.5 sold for $455 on 7/28/13 - Auction
    Ungraded sold for $620 on 6/12/13 - Auction

    These are the only sales on ebay within the last year.
