Found Another 1973 Variation

1973 Gates Brown with gap in the border. It's currently not recognized as a variation but I'm submitting it for inclusion. If the Bahnsen is going to pull in $200+ for this "variation", I'm gonna have my variation included!

<< <i>There's a gap in the right border, too. >>
Correct. This is like the Walt Williams #504 variation.

I wouldn't be requesting it be added if I didn't already have one.

#504 w/ and w/o gap is Earl Williams. Walt Williams is #297 and does not yet have the gap variation.
<< <i>How does one submit a request for a variation to be added? Some years ago, I spoke to Joe Orlando regarding a variation of card #303 in the 70 baseball set, and he informed me that Beckect had to include it in their price guide before they would recognize the variation. How does it work now? Thanks in advance. The Dude. >>
I have gone through the process of having new variations added before. There is a thread about it buried somewhere in the Set Registry forum that you can dig up. Basically, you have to send your scans to Tom Bartsch and if he is convinced, he'll publish it in SCD and also contact PSA to tell them it will be included in his next issue. Then, PSA will add the variation to the label. Unfortunately it only works for baseball. I still haven't found contact info for anyone who will help me out with publishing new hockey variations.
have the exact same white spot on the border. Leaving me to believe that it is
a lot more common then you may think.

Sorry I meant Earl Williams. I guess I was having no neck flashes at the time!
