New here - need help

Hi everyone

I have received an inheritence from my uncle of a storage lot full of sports memorabilia. It has now consumed my garage and part of a guest room. I have started to type of a list which I will also put here. My question is - what can I do with this stuff? I have contacted auctioneers and I'm told its not old enough. Some of it would seem valuable to me, but I am not knowledgeable on this and don't want to make any bad decisions. I would ultimately like to sell it all and divide the money for my three children. Any advise would greatly be appreciated!!
