Advice // Damage Review

I don't want to start a PSA bash thread but I want some advice on whether or not I should bother sending back some cards to PSA for a damage review.
I sent 17 cards to PSA at the end of Feb. for grading, got the cards back a couple of days ago. I got (10) PSA 10, (4) PSA 9, (2) PSA 7 and (1) PSA 5. When I saw the charge hit my card after the order was complete I went to look at the results and was confused about the two 7s and a 5. I'm certainly no expert, but these grades indicate a pretty obvious defect on the cards. When I got the cards back, I noted that all three of the cards have clearly visible damage on the reverse at bottom center. All three of the cards were purchased from different sellers and went straight from the mail into a CardSaverI. One card which is paper construction has missing paper and the other two which are glossy have the coating peeled up at the bottom center. I'm a little bit salty about it because all three cards were /5 and I haven't seen another of them hit since July 2013 so it may take a while if I am able to locate another copy. This is my third submission, 2nd instance of card damage. On the first incident PSA called me and owned up to the damage, thankfully it was a cheap card I had multiple copies of that was not graded (N9) anyway.
My question: Should I bother with the damage review or just suck it up and start looking for another copy of the cards? The raw cost of the cards was $15-25 ea. plus grading was at the bulk rate of $10 ea. The PSA rep explained the process but didn't give me much optimism of success if I were to follow through. To start the process you have to pay for shipping both ways and only if PSA agrees will you get any compensation. If they don't, then I'm just out more money for shipping...
I'd like to hear your suggestions. Thanks.
