Pitiful. Guess I only snipe stuff that accepts Paypal where I can use my credit card and charge back if necessary.

    have you pulled the contact info and called? i had to do that a couple weeks ago with an item that was paid for over a month prior, with no response to repeated emails.

    i got my card three days later.

    Just did it. Waiting on Ebay. The other guy is long gone since that auction ended January 11th.

    The guy is sending me a refund. He said he was out of town, but left a note with a friend telling what goes out to who. Said his friend sent the wrong cards to the wrong people and that he is sending me a refund.

    well, wether his story is accurate or not, money back is a good thing. i had another auction that ended in march, i paid for it through paypal, and by late april had heard nothing, and got no response to a ton of emails. i finally left negative feedback and either the same day or the next he emailed me back and was upsed that i had negged him. i was not happy at that point. in the end after some stories he sent me the card and a full refund (a month and a half after i paid). all that over a seven dollar buy it now. that was two sellers pretty much at the same time that needed a stiff reminder. those are pretty much the only two problemns ive had to far on ebay.

    I'm having a similar problem with someone on Yahoo. Already left him negative feedback.

    I did a Buy It Now and auction ended April 21st. Sent him a check. Check cleared on May 2nd. I e-mailed him on May 3rd and asked has he sent card out yet. He responded, you sent a check. It must clear the bank first. On May 11th, I got my bank statement that showed that the check cleared on May 11th. I e-mailed him again and said that the check cleared on May 2nd so when will you be sending out. This was his exact response:

    "Just as soon as my bank calls me back on monday."

    A definate butthead in my book. What bank makes house calls? And if it cleared on May 2nd and I contacted him May 3rd, 8 days after check clear, he still didn't check to see if it cleared or not. Now, he is waiting on bank to call him?
