    The deeper into the rabbit hole you read, the worse it gets. Let's just call this "a look into the bowels of modern-day finance", and what could be a better justification for real, hard money than this?

    Imagine the torrent of productivity that would be unleashed if the time, money, education and societal resources that've been poured into these high-price law firms - could be used for something that actually produces goods & services!!!!!!!!

    Instead, we get this crap, intended to end-run around the bogus, made-up rules that everyone else gets stuck with. Don't get me started on this.

    Over-the-counter derivatives (swaps) are a good thing. And you can never have too much of a good thing. That's why we now have $1.1-1.5 QUAD in notional value of something so good for our banks and financial system.

    It would be like each of us eating 10 gallons of ice cream in a day. You can never have too much of a good thing. While a pint is a heaping helping for most anyone.....80 pints is much more fun. And so are derivatives.
