What level do you have to submit a Gretzky RC at?

I have a Topps RC, probably going to be a PSA 6 or 7. Will they accept it under the 20 day special valued at $250? Or do they require a higher level service?

A '6' is $250, and a '7' is $350. I would value it at $250 and send it on in.
