Time to take a break

Think I am going to take a break from cards. I mean still gonna trade on and off.. but sick of all the bull*hit. Today got me mad.. not to mention any names, because I'm not like that.. but I had a awesome Shaq card I was watching for 2 days.. I showed a thought was internet 'friend'(point proven) and we both had long ago agreed not to bid on each others auctions.. so I made him promise again.. he agreed I showed.. then with like 30 seconds left he sniped me. (I told him if it went over $32.00, my max bid he could have it..) well he had another trader bid $32.01 then he sniped it. What a crock right? Well just goes to show you too much time in front of computer can go to your head. I be on once a while. (no how everyone says hump) But you guys that I trade w/know where to reach me.

    This story proves a rule that I use, I never tell anyone of an auction that I'm interested in or bidding on & I don't blatantly advertise my Ebay ID. There are no friends whatsoever when it comes to Ebay, it's much easier to brag about a card you "won" on Ebay rather than one you "like" on EBay. I've seen a few instances where a "friend" has backstabbed their friend over an auction. The only auctions I "advertise" are my own that are up for bid. It's cutthroat people & the sooner that is comprehended the better off you'll be. Do your victory dance after the clock reads :00

    It's hard to trust anyone anymore these days. Even people you "think" you know really well can turn on you in a heartbeat.

    People know my Ebay ID, but that's why I bid the last 3-4 seconds so no one can see what I'm bidding on. When it comes to auctions, trust no one.

    I believe there's a program that you can download for ebay to where it's lightning quick speed for automatic bidding at like the VERY last second because I've seen some auctions go to where there HAD to be something...I've heard that there are programs like this, but not sure.

    As far as auctions go, I DON'T trust anyone. Because what's there to lose?

    esnipe.com is good. vrane.com is another, but dunno if it works.

    vrane is a very good auction sniper..So good in fact that they now only allow you 5 snipes for free then charge you to use it after the 5image...Sucks too cause I got ALOT of really good deals when I used vrane snipers...I missed it so much ilya registered there so we could share the free 5 after I used mineimage

    Funny thing is that Jason was expecting his "friends" to post on this saying, "PLEASE DON'T LEAVE!!" LOL, turns out they're calling him stupid because he told his so-called "friend" an eBay auction that he was bidding on. As a WWE fan, and a SCSA fan...DTA BIZZO!

    Well, when it comes to auctions, everything is free game. People ask me what am I sniping all the time and keep saying "I'm not going to outbid you". I still refuse and just tell them when its over. You know they will outbid you when you hear this (after an unsuccessful snipe).. "You should have told me, I would have bidded wayy more than that".

    in my barrio we use ak47's to snipe homies that try and push up on our biz..we's thugged out for sure.now excuse while i continue to sip my cool pineapple drink.

    Idiot, Once again you let your mouth over run your ass...Ski had nothing to do with this..It was between lilsun and Jason..The ski reference was referring to some bidding wars ski and auto had last year..Maybe you should tone down the hard on you have for ski and learn to find out whats going on in a situation before you open your mouth..
