Question for 2014 Heritage experts

I'm trying to get some of the tougher Jeter SPs and refractors early on, but don't want to pay exorbitant prices just because it's new.
There is a High Number Action SP of Jeter that is currently selling anywhere from $45-$80, as well as a different high number photo variation selling for $25+.
Are these similar to previous year Jeter SPs from this product where they're fairly easy to obtain once everyone has broken their boxes and cases down? Or are this year's "Action" SPs and high number SPs supposed to be more limited than in past years?
