Where do u get more doubles, triples..vending, racks or cellos?

Everything being equal, assuming case fresh unsearched. I've watched vending rips..1-2 Rickey hendersons per vending, not many Rack boxes.

Are both "collated" to limit doubles or are they totally random where you could get 4 seavers? If you see a Seaver on top of one rack pack, is that pretty much it?
Heck i don't even know how many racks in a box to do the math...how many cards in a full rack box?
Or even a cello box..

I'm not as experienced as some here, but I'd say vending has by far the worst collation. The cards were intended to be sold individually so it didn't matter as much.
