It should be just about time - I sent in two submissions that were logged 1/9 on the Jan special. My guess is today or tomorrow. Can't wait!image

Not exactly thrilled with my Ogden's Jack Johnsons - I was looking for a 5 or better out of two of them. The Cohen - Weenen card rocks! The James Jeffries cards are better than expected with the NrMt 7s - I'll post names when I get the cards.

    Just got a 200-card sub dlvd today--haven't checked grades yet but hoping I don't get killed! LOL..


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    You're better than I am, how do you refrain from looking at the grades before they're delivered!

    There is no way I don't look! I cover the screen and go down one line at a time. First I look at the card and then uncover the grade. There is something definitely wrong with me. image

    It is tough but I really enjoy pulling out each card and taking a close look at it. It's like Christmas opening presents, lol..

    I had a 264 sub pop, got a few good grades on 60's stuff but got killed on 80's pack/box/case fresh cards.
    Never seen so many 8's in my life. I honestly see myself cracking 40 or so holders.
    What a waste!

    I have to always look too. I'm weird so I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page first and then line by line I will scan from right to left until I see the grade and continue the process on every single card. Strange, I know, but I get more excitement out of it that way.

    Nice to do well on the 1960's but I definitely hear you on the 1980's OPC baseball. I ripped a really nice fresh box of 1986 OPC baseball recently and subbed what looked like had at 10, only to come back w/ 8's and I am still having a hard time figuring out why they graded out as they did. I don't own any 1986 OPC baseball Gem 10's to compare them with, but I do have 10's of OPC's from other years so I thought I had a chance. Oh well, lesson learned I suppose.
