Grading Action Packed FB cards

Has anybody submitted a fair number of Action Packed cards to know if there are certain things PSA looks for on cards from this specific company? I've got some football I want to submit and because of the embossed effect, I was wondering if there was anything special I need to look at?

Never submitted any but I did bust a box of them a while back. I had not heard of them before. Interesting cards, they have a relief type finish on the front, with some of the areas being raised slightly. Also, the rounded corners seem to take the concept of "sharp corners" out of the equation. I noticed on a lot of the ones I opened, the edges were kind of "chippy", and I can see those being a focus point for graders. Best of luck on your submissions.

Edited to add: mine were 1991 Action Packed, not sure what year(s) yours are.

There is a thing many people overlook when subbing these. The cards are made from thick stock and printed out as one piece. The card is then folded and the back is glued onto the backside of the front. This creates an air pocket. When the cards sit in packs for years and especially if there is any weight on top of them, the front surface can become dented in being imprinted from the card on top of it. Just be sure the surface of the cards close to the edges is flat.
