Any possibilities these two could bump? (75 brett, 76 eck)

I've got two real nice examples already graded by PSA. I'm considering submitting them for review. Just wanted to get folks opinions on where they see these cards grade without revealing their current grade. Backs of both cards are clean and well centered. Thanks everyone for sharing their thoughts.

I'm pretty sure the Brett is an 8, and Eck a 7.5-8. I would be wary about cracking out the Brett as it is a bit short and may not holder if resubmitted raw.

Out of curiosity, are you basing the shortness on how the card sits in the slab?

I'd give both a 7 from what I can see, although there's nothing like seeing the card in person.

My guess would be 8 maximum on both due to centering. Good luck if you send them in Ryan. image

  • Well... The eck is an 8.5 and the Brett is an 8. Doesn't sound like you all think I have a prayer of getting them higher.

Save your money Ryan. The Brett is graded accurately but is not a higher-end 8. The Eck has no shot at a 9, imho.

I do think the mini Yount you bumped from 8 to 8.5 has a shot at a 9, though!

Yeah, that's a nice one. Regular not mini though. I tried going to 9 and didn't get the bump. Maybe I'll try one more time. That was on my last sub where I had a 72 Nolan and 80 Rickey both bump.
