Feedback on underbidders

Maybe this has been changed for a while, I'm pretty sure that I used to be able to click on the bidder feedback under bid history of an item and I no longer can. I was also able to click on anyone's feedback within a seller's feedback. This really helped me track down coercion and corruption within eBay so I knew who to avoid. Now I can only see a number but it's not a link anymore. This is pretty discouraging.
