eBay Free Listing Promo: Only for < $0.99 auctions

Got an e-mail for 10,000 free listings from now through April 6. The catch is that it's auction-style only, and the item must start at $0.99 or less. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to look for some possible auction bargains over the next month.

I guess it varies from seller to seller, but rarely does a month go by when I don't get an offer from ebay to list thousands of items for free.
