Can't add coin to inventory - No response

I acquired a coin from Heritage auction and have the coin in my possession. Over the past two weeks I have sent three emails to prior owner to release the coin.
NO RESPONSE.
I have sent two emails with scans of front and back to setregistry@pcgs.com.
NO RESPONSE.

Zero, Zip, Zilch, Nada, Null, Void, Blank, Bupkis, Big Fat Goose Egg, Skunk, Nunca, Nein, Nie, Nil, Naught, Nothing!

    Send your email directly to BJ Searls. You'll have to search PCGS for the email address.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
