Need some advice

I have a beautiful 1962 Topps #545 Hoyt Wilhelm (SP) that looks like a PSA 8 (or 8.5?). I have sent it to PSA literally 6-7 times. I just keep tossing it in subs every so often. It always comes back the dreaded "mini-sized". The card is not altered or trimmed, just a tad short I guess. This is very frustrating. I have had luck in the past getting these (mini-sized cards) slabbed, it just takes multiple attempts. But no luck with this one. If it was just a common I would give up, but this is a really sharp HOF'er and high number (SP). So, what do I do next? Keep sending it?

Does SGC slab cards like this? I would rather have it in a PSA slab, but at this rate, it would still be better than raw.

I appreciate your feedback..

I'm sorry, I remember trimming that card in early August or late July of '63 . It was a cold summer that year so we trimmed some cards to stay warm and heat our soup.
