need help from auto experts question on which PSA DNA service to use

I am sending these in for a friend- for encapsulation. As I understand it - the 1993 Jeter Topps auto card can go in a red flip with card grade for $25 - or Blue flip for $50 or blue flip with auto grade for $75. The card is for the persons PC- not for resale. Does it make a difference which service is used. Also the 93 topps card is mint - looks like a card grade of PSA 9 or 10. The Jeter was obtained in person in 1996 so its legit. The Mays auto is on colored paper so that would have to go blue if it is authentic.image
