Whats your preferred method of packaging graded cards?

Just found out a PSA card I shipped out arrived with a crack in the slab. I've been putting the graded card in a graded team bag, then a self-sealing bubble wrap bag/pouch and then inside a #000 bubble mailer. I like using the bubble wrap bags (even tho they cost a lot more) because it saves time cutting and taping a piece of bubble wrap off a roll each time. It is kind of a tight fit with the bubble wrap bag to fit into a #000 mailer. I used to put them in #00 or #0 mailers, but found theres too much extra space. Does this method sound like a good way to package graded cards? Hoping this won't happen again. I know some use cardboard on both sides of the slab, but Ive heard of people saying holders have still cracked this way as well. Which way do you find the safest way?

low dollar cards - in between cardboard in a bubble mailer.

Aw heck, just put the stamp and address sticker directly on the slab since the card is so well-protected inside it, right? image
