Tool to measure centering?

Does anyone have a tool these use to measure centering on a card? I'm thinking some type of program that overlays a grid on top a scan of the card to objectively measure the top to bottom and side centering of a card? Thanks!

Are you proficient in Photoshop? It's pretty easy to take pixel measurements of borders and then do a little math to calculate the centering.
