Does anyone have an email address for this ebay seller? Occasionally I see something they are selling that I am interested in but for some reason despite never buying anything from them or bidding on any of their items and having a squeaky clean eBay record they will not accept my bids. I am also unable to even contact them to ask the reason.

I run into "Just Collect" and "Just Collect Cards" on eBay. Are they both the same company? Anyone know which one is Scott's?
