Any expert card cutting CU board members out there?

I just received this in the mail today 1980 Topps send in checklist. The Seahawks checklist looks real nice, but it has a small nick in the top of the border. I think it would grade a nine if it was cut properly by someone who knew what they were doing. Anyway thanks for the help!
