Help me price a BIN

I recently got a card back from PSA, a 1958 Topps #211 Pete Burnside PSA 9. It is a 1 of 6 and zero 10's. I am wondering what would be an appropriate BIN price would be? Any feedback would be apprieciated.

Thanks

Hard card to price. Last sale was in the summer of 2012 for $1,500. Not very many have sold.

    Exactly.

If it were my card, I'd auction it.

Why a BIN? If you're not sure of the price of something, a BIN is a bad idea. At least auction it one time so that there's a chance of a bidding war.

    definately no bin
    Let an auction war begin.
it's scarce enough...start at a very very reasonalbe price and let fly

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feeback. Last sale = $1,500, wow.

I was thinking it was in the $200-400 range...but I understand it only takes a few bidders to drive a card like this up. Is the 1958 topps set a well sought after collection on the registry? Especially in high grade?

Id go with a buy it now at 1000 .Last 2 sales were in the same year 2012 for 1000 and 1500 .
There were several POP 4s that sold this month in the 400-500 range so I think at auction you will do the same as those and not get 1000. I might be wrong but Im just saying several with lower pops sold in this range of 400-500
Here is a POP 6 common that just sold

And at 1500 I think the market has come down if this card a POP 3 sold for this price here.
    Rookie pop 3

But one hasn't been sold for awhile. More people are in this set than there were 2 years ago. I would think it could see the $1,500, if not higher. If you want to gamble, start it on a 10 day auction, with an opening bid of $600-$800. See how many watchers you get. That will give you a good gauge of the price you should get.

Agree. Start high if you want, wont hurt. But I was thinking of a fair price that might sell in a reasonable amount of time.
Also one sold for 387.00 as well, the 2 sold in the same year for 1000 and 1500 and it hasnt been a whole lot of time just a year and a half.
Do what you want. But If I see a Pop 3 Key card rookie go for 2000 just a month ago and then several pop 4s selling for 500. 1500 seems kind of greedy right now.
    Just my opinion.

Also PSA 8s sell for 21.00 , PSA 8.5s sell for 60.00, and an SGC 96 sold for 77.00
I think at auction this card would bring 450-550
So Id start high like others said at 1000 with best offer.
Please post a pic if you can. Eye appeal also adds value.

Put a BIN of $1000 and allow best offers....if you get an offer you like, take it...if not, if no one buys it, lower it to $950 with best offer and go down until you reach the level at which you would rather keep it than sell it....if you have no such level, put it in a 99 cent auction and let the market decide
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
