Help with a Beckett Price

I know that Beckett values are worthless. However, I need some help. I am looking to buy a fairly scarce card for my Cardinals team set collection on Ebay. The card is a 1994 Topps Black Gold ABCD Winner card/set. I have been looking for it for a few years. The asking price is $175 with a best offer option. I personally think the card is probably worth $50 to $100. I asked his bottom dollar and he is saying that the Beckett value is $150.
Well, my latest Beckett (the 2009 annual big Beckett) lists the card at $0.20. Yes, that's 20 cents. The 2007 SCD catalog says it is worth $0.75. I think both prices are way, way low, but I think this guy is quoting me too high at $150. Does anybody have a newer Beckett? Can you tell me what it truly books at? Thanks.

Topps issued redemption cards for the following sets: A, B, A/B, C, D, C/D, & A/B/C/D.
Unredeemed cards have a section on the back that the winner fills out to send to Topps. In exchange, Topps would send the respective sets and a redeemed version of the winner card (without the section to be filled out on the back).
There are a number of recently closed auctions: $40.00, $100.00, and a few others at these same prices.
Here is a BIN for $40.00 (unredeemed).
Here is another for $30.00.
I don't follow these, but I do follow the football version and those A/B/C/D cards (redeemed or not) go for $100+ when they show up.

Those are 1993 versions. The 1994 version is more scarce. Yes, I am only needing the ABCD winner card. That is the one that is super rare.
Thanks for the help.
