white print dots on white cards

Guys,

A lot of the 77's I have, have white print dots on the white of the card. It's hard to see them, until you have light angled to reflect off the card. I was wondering if PSA allows for some of this, or if they will knock your card down. So, say a perfect example has one white print dot on white, could it still receive a 10 ?

I tried my best to zoom in on a spot on my Dawson RC. Hopefully, it will be visible to you guys. If not, I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about, especially with 77's.

Thanks,
