Need help identifying 6 signatures on this baseball bat please!

My bro-in-law passed away recently and my sister gave me this bat with 6 signature on it. Wondering if anyone would tell me who they are and if they are authentic. Thank you in advance!

I tried and looked up Craig with the last name variations also! From what my sister tells me it's from a minor league game in Jackson, MS. Not sure what year but it could be the Jackson Mets, Jackson Generals, Jackson Senators, or Mississippi Braves.

  • There's a Craig Watts who played, but it doesn't appear as though he was ever in a league that played in Mississippi.

She said it was between 1999 - 2002. She also said he went to quite a few games in Atlanta to see the Braves and it could be from there. Anyway I can find the manufacturing date on baseball bat? That might get an idea of a time period?

  • There's also a Craig Walter, mid-1980's. Also no link to Mississippi.

Yeah I saw the same things but no links. Very confusing to me. I can't even begin to make out any of the other signatures.

Craig Walter's middle initial is "R", the one on the bat is an "A"

Thanks! I know it would oh so much easier if I knew what year, team, and for sure that it's minor league folks.

I live near Jackson, MS so anyone know of a place I might can take the bat to or possibly send and let them check it out? I'm doing this for my nephew. Bro-in-law got it for him so I wanted to find out who these sigs are and get them authenticated for him. Thanks again!

Was he on a local softball or baseball team, perhaps some of his buddies signed it as a trophy of sorts.

Is it possible that one of the autographs is John Popper from Blues Traveler? Perhaps they did a pre/post game show set. Although I would also expect to see Bobby Sheehan and Chan Kinchla.

I looked up John Popper's signature but I really couldn't put a match to any of them on the bat. I never thought about the possibility that the signatures could be non-sports related.
