Question about Paypal. Please help out.

I have sent several payments by Paypal, but I have a couple questions about receiving by paypal:

1) There is a fee to receive money (that must be paid by seller or buyer), correct?
2) I noticed that I have a certain limit I can send. When I receive money, does it add that amount to the limit, or does it put the money in a seperate area?
3) If I receive, how do I take the amount out that I receive by paypal (ex. If I sell a card for $100, how do I take the $100 out?)

PLMK ASAP. Any help would be appreciated.

    hey, i jsut have 1 thing to say about paypal. im sure its a good site, but i dont like it. if you transfer money, and get screwed, u dont get ur money back, and if u do, its just a fraction of it. if ur paying them to transfer ur money, at least they should be able to take the money out the other guys account that screws you and give ur money back, but they dont.

    I am currently verifying. I have a question though:

    If I request money, there is a charge, correct? I believe the last time I sent money by paypal, it asked me if I was paying the service fee, or if the seller was. Am I correct?

    It's Free to transfer to and from your Bank Account. It is the seller who pays the fees.

    That's what I thought. If I'm not mistaking, can't the seller request the buyer to pay the fee? I believe I was given the option of who would pay the fee last time I paid by paypal (of course, I chose the seller) image

    you only get charged a fee if the buyer oays by credit card. If he has available funds there is no fees. You may want to ask the buyer to transfer funds out of his /hers checking. You can deposit your funds into your checking account. transfer takes about 3-5 days to complete.
