    label doesn't add much value. The fact that it's certified authentic is good. It's bullion. Price it accordingly.

    The only thing that a PCGS MS-69 designation means in this case is that it's better than a raw ungraded coin, which is not always true for every other TPG. Collectible? Probably not so much.
