I gotta think the division they're in has something to do with that. Tough time to be an up-and-coming team in the NFC West.

3 free agents, 1 of those is restricted. Rice and Miller will most likely be cut for cap purposes. Other than that, Bennett and Tate will probably be priorities I'd guess.

Vegas doesn't make predictions. They set odds based on what is going to get Johnny Tourist to drop fifty bucks in the sports book. And Johnny Tourist is heavily influenced by this year's results.
