This veteran process needs to be revised. I think that Vince Lombardi is rolling over in his grave over this.
I know guards tend not to get the respect that tackles do, but go and ask anyone how vital Kramer was to their team - and that solves that.
He's 78 years old now, a great guy, and I find it deplorable that he is not in.
