Has anyone dealt with this seller?
Thoughts on the packs he has for sale, are they the good
"generation" for gai?
Any input would be valued.

    Hard to tell since he is only providing the fronts of the cellos, but they look like the older GAI flips. I always shy away from the packs with the same card on front and back like that 1983 Fleer Nolan Ryan cello though. I've handled lots of 1983 Fleer cellos and have never seen any with the same card on top and back other than those with stars showing. Not to say it can't happen, but I tend to be safe than sorry.

    If you are interested in any of them, I'd ask the seller for pictures or scans of the backs as that would help in making a final determination on a specific pack.

    Collecting:
    Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.

    And when you see a cello like that, it's invariably a HOFer on front and back--never Rob Wilfong or Milt May..

    Seller is charging $5.00 shipping. I'll sell one to a board member for the price that this one sells for with free shipping!

    Those are the first generation GAI holders, but as Mike said, I too would stay away from any packs with the same star on front and back. They COULD be legit, but I'd bet strongly against it.
