    Nice lamination. It is not, however, struck on a split planchet. A split planchet would have a very different appearance with much less detail. Weight your coin. It will likely be close to 3.1 grams, which is the weight of a normal bronze cent. A coin struck on a split planchet will well considerably less, depending on the size of the split planchet on which it was struck.
