No Sir,, it is a reflection of a scratch on the plastic. There is however a faint die crack from the center of the "E" to the top ot the "U" in E PLURIBUS, that does not show in the photo very well .Does that help.
. One from the top of the "1" passed the first star, and a long one in three stars in front of the chin. And the obvious one on the rev on the top.Does that help.

The "die chip " is More scratches on the plastic. My camera work is a bit lacking and with a small pocket camera. Not the best ,Sorry. But I will describe anything you need.
