Ottoman Coin Help?

I came upon this coin and I really can't figure out anything concrete about it. On the reverse side there is a Tughra which is slightly faded, but this is what made me think that it's from the Ottoman Empire.

Can anyone tell me anything about this coin? Or lead me in the right direction? I'm pretty amateur when it comes to coin collecting but I love it and I really want to figure this one out! Any help is appreciated, it's great to be a part of this community.

    That's actually a piece from the southern Indian princely state of Hyderabad - I think it's a 2 pai, but would need to double-check my references.

    Is there anything you can tell me about the rarity?

    Looks to be worth about a dollar in that condition in the 2007 Krause Catalog. Welcome aboard
