Chipper Jones 1991 Topps PSA 10

I just did an EBay search for 1991 Topps Chipper Jones PSA10 sold listings. I was surprised that 575 topps psa 10s have sold on eBay since Oct 30th. When this sell off began the avg. price was $38, now the avg. is $27. Is this more reflective of market saturation or declining price from momentary post retirement bump?

Hmm. There was a time a few years ago where the 1991 Topps Chipper Jones was a "tough" PSA 10, and had a lower pop in PSA 10 than it's Bowman counterpart.

Now, 38% of the graded 1991 Topps Chipper Jones cards are PSA 10s, compared to the 14% in Bowman.
