Mario Lemieux PSA Master Set Registry

Does anyone know why Mario Lemieux's 2006 SPx card is included in his master set but none of his other 2006 cards are included?

    Once a set is made, you have to ask PSA to add cards to the registry (you must own the card to request it). So if no one asks for a card to be added it won't magically appear.
    If you own other 2006 Lemieux's, you can ask for them to be added.

    Thanks for the response, ludedude. That helps explain why it (and the 1983 Canadian National Juniors) is in the Lemieux Master Set.

    I wonder why the 2006 SPx is also included in the Lemieux basic set if it is just supposed to cover his playing years?

    Technically the cards from 2006-07 have the stats from the 2005-06 season. It is normal for all sets (you can look at other sets and see).
