PCGS Restoration

So I have a Proof Quarter in PR67DCAM. The coin does not have a lot of hairlines, but does have a couple of small milk spots. If the spots were not there I feel like the coin would grade a 68. Has anyone sent a coin into PCGS for restoration for this type of issue and have the coin upgrade one or more grades.

If the milk spots are like the one on the ASEs, I'd be surprised if they are able to restore it.

Ok here is a photo of the Obverse. The Reverse does not have any spotting.

There is a scratch on the plastic. Thanks for looking

I don't think PCGS can remove those spots. But let's say they could, and the coin upgrades to 68 (the best of all possibilities). Wouldn't its value go up about $60?

The PCGS fees plus shipping and insurance would cost more than $60. Not worth the gamble, IMO.
