Question about Ebay shipping and shipping sets

I usually try to list my 1980s and 1990s complete sets in lots of three so that I can fit all three sets in a medium flat rate box. I have done this for years. However, I don't think I have ever run across this. One buyer bought 2 different lots of 3 sets for a total of 6 sets. He made one Paypal payment for both lots. I am trying to print out shipping labels using Ebay shipping. It will take 2 different flat rate boxes to ship the 6 sets, but Ebay is wanting to combine both listings with one shipping label. I have not paid or printed a label yet. How do I "uncombine" them so that I can print 2 shipping labels (one for each set lot)?

The only thing that I can think of is to take them to the Post Office and pay there and then upload the tracking numbers myself. But if I do that, I won't be able to have a 24 hour turnaround time, which I always try to do in order to get the 20% discount.

Help would be appreciated.

You can print multiple labels for one transaction. Just print one, then go back into the item and click "Print Another Label".

Although, you might be able to fit all 6 sets in a large flatrate box which would save you $9 or so.

Can someone confirm that 6 sets will fit in a large flat rate box? I have never used a large flat rate box? Thanks for the info, Lee. If that doesn't work, I will try the other route.
