Refractor or no?

Do you think the second card is a refractor or not? I am not sure if it is the camera glare on a regular card at an angle or the gleam of a refractor, it is odd since you cannot tell it on the other side.

    I would get a back scan/pic. The 95 refractors should all have REFRACTOR printed on the left edge of the back alongside the stats box. I would guess this one is just camera glare, but it's almost impossible to tell from the front without the perfect angle for the pic.

    In my experience - likely not a refractor.

    There are some refractors from 1995 that do not have REFRACTOR on the back - btw.

    There is a thread in this forum that lists those cards.
    Always looking for 1993-1999 Baseball Finest Refractors and1994 Football Finest Refractors.
