....Is the preferred firearm used by Olympic Biathletes.

The event is a bit unusual, but takes immense skill to cross country ski, then drop and shoot accurately.

    With almost daily attacks by Islamic fundamentalists in Dagestan, Ingushetia, Chechnya, or other parts of the Russian Caucasus region to the east of Sochi, it may not be a bad idea for all the Olympians to be packing.
