I actually finished a complete card set!!! Nothing amazing but one I will never sell regardless!!!!!

I am now the proud owner of a 1971 topps basketball set!!!

And I only need Bobby Orr to finish my 1971 topps hockey set!!! (Also a 20 year project!)

    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    That's a nice looking set after the oversize cards of 69/70 and 70/71. The colors on the 71 set really pop on certain cards. Believe that is the Charlie Scott rookie year. image

    Sadly it is only raw, but a great set non the less now I am only 20 cards short of a 1957 basketball set and 23 short of 1954 topps hockey set!!!
