eBay Completed listings for BIN OBO not showing actual $ price?

I apologize if this question has been posted once before.
I haven't been too active on eBay in a few years so I noticed something different.

While looking at completed listings with a BIN and Best Offer, ending price shows what the original BIN price is without disclosing actual best offer sale price.
Am I reading this correctly? Is that the case?

Interesting if it's true, how does VCP feel about this?

Open up the auction, scroll down, on the right side it will "print". Hit the "print" link and the next screen will display the price.

What also works is go the url and replace the www.ebay with item.ebay and you're good to go.
