Please help report Ebay seller bfish0978 at least 1 shill account on every auction

Title is self explanatory. I have reported several of the auctions over the few weeks and Ebay has done nothing. I have been following sellers auctions for months- inadvertently because he has a lot of stuff that I collect. The shill account has 608 feedback with %100 activity with the seller, bids on every item and at exactly $5/$10 increments. I think there is another shill account with less fb and high bid %. I usually do not complain but this is ridiculous.

    333 bids and almost 100% with that seller, hmm. Collects a wide range of cards too, 1950's to 1970's, which is fine but I do believe there might be another seller or two on eBay that sells cards of those types. He must miss those auctions.
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    that seller is a hype machine. has been for a long time. if you separate yourself from suspicions and just worry about trying to win a card at your price, most of the shenanigans just go away. if you don't win the card you want, it should come around again pretty soon.

    btw, some of what this guy sells has already been available on eBay prior to his acquisition. it just seems better when he sells it. mmm hmmm.

    There is a simpler solution. Don't bid on his auctions.
    Trying to clean up eBay one shiller at a time is not the best use of your time. If you get rid of one shill account the seller will just create another.

    I have not, or will not bid on his /her auctions. The seller's items repeatedly keep coming up in my searches. I spent a total of 10 minutes of my time thinking abut this. I just ignore the items when I see them. Just another blatant violation of Ebay T&S rules. Just informing for the good of the collectors on this board- so they know that they are getting shilled when they bids on these auctions.

    That is pretty blatant shilling going on. I wonder how many of these cards he winds up winning himself? I'd think ebay would become suspicious if he filed so many fee cancellations.
