No, not THAT kind of dream...

I dreamed that somehow I had back every sportscard and vintage toy I'd ever had in my life. My collecting focus has changed from time to time so I've sold off plenty of items over the years.

There they were, all in one big room - signed Mantle/Maris cards, tons of 86/87 Fleer basketball, an almost complete run of Topps Mantles, vintage carded Star Wars and Mego figures, stacks of unopened vintage baseball boxes, case of old Kenner carded Indiana Jones toys, dozens of signed Mattingly and Jeter items, piles of vintage Topps stars...

I'm satisfied with my collection now, but I wouldn't mind if this particular dream came true!

But, I have had dreams that I come home - the doors are wide open - and EVERYTHING is gone.

I've had a dream (more than once) where I walked into my local convenience store and they had boxes of wax packs from the 60s and 70s on the shelf. Yup, they were selling them for a nickle and a dime per pack. Just as I grabbed them all and started heading to the cash register to pay ... well, you know what happened next ... I FRIGGIN WOKE UP!

In my 20's I had dreams about woman ... in my 50's I dream of baseball cards? DAMN, I'm getting old! LOL

I love that dream! My collection has morphed many times over the years and included many of the things you listed: high grade rookies, unopened boxes/cases, high grade Star Wars and G.I. Joe toys, GPK's, comics. I was always selling one segment to afford the next. When I look back on all the things I owned, if I kept them all I would have the ultimate collection. Too bad I never had all the money at one time

Hopefully as we all continue our collections we can keep more and sell less.

Now back to dreaming about 20 year old women and 50 year old cards

I keep having dreams where my teeth fall out, creeps me out everytime.

I also have dreams where I'm falling, then hit the ground and accidentally flinch and smack my wife in the face (lol bwahaha) sorry Hun!

It means go to the dentist and get some dental work done. I am a dental technician and things are very slow, so need all the business we can get.
