Bryce Brown has that catalog for sale on his website for $4.
Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.

You can probably get it from the ANA library.

How do I get to Bryce Brown's web site? Does he have numismatic literature for sale?

I am looking for old/new reference books and price guides. I also collect most
auction cats. My thinking is if you can't afford the coins then reading and
researching them is almost as much fun.
