Opinions on Pistol and Sandy

Hey Guys -
I'm about to do my first sub. I've got 14 of the 15 pretty much ready to roll. I have some questions for the potential 15th.
First up is Pistol Pete RC. I've had this in my safe for over 20 years, and now that I'm on an RC buying kick, figured it's time for slabbing.
Question 1: Can I sub a Tall Boy with 14 other cards as part of CC sub? I know I can't send them together, but can I send it separately as the 15th?
Question 2: Grade guess? Would you request NQ?
Question 3: Anyone got a spare CS3 they'd be willing to send me in a PWE?
Next up is a 63 Sandy. This is the only non-PSA slabbed card I have, so I'd like to get it into a PSA holder.
Question 1: Crossover or Crack & Re-Sub? I just want to hold the 7, will it?
Question 2: Can I send a Crossover as my 15th?

No problem sending in the tallboy or the crossover w/ CC special all shipped in the same package, but each one of those will be a separate order which means you'll get hit for shipping 3x. Holding the crossover until you have an order of several so the return ship cost isn't prohibitive won't work in your case since you only own 1 card that is graded by someone not named PSA.
