Anyone waiting months for a Panini Redemption?

I have one out there since May 2013. Anyone else waiting that long? I thought Panini was much better than Topps when it came to redemptions, but I guess not.

I have Panini redemptions from 2011 still open. I guess I need to call them up and get exchanges.

Topps is just as bad right now.
