So my dad used to work for a local theater company in Detroit, MI. He would always bring home the promotional material from the box office and lobby after each event. He ended up with a poster from each of the 200 plus event he worked, but mostly were concerts.
He's going through them all and does have two sports ones. Before pay per view they would host closed circuit events and this was for 1980's Leonard vs Duran fight.

There's some pictures. He asked me to to put up on ebay, said he doesn't need this stuff anymore. Here's the auction. Is this worth anything? Any insight appreciated ...

Not sure on value, but as for your other listed items, you might want to fix the spelling of Hearns in your listing title.
