    How is the 1970 MLB PHOTOSTAMPS Killebrew listed as hand cut on the flip when it is obviously perforated and you can see the tabs all the way around the card??

    PSA also doesn't recognize another version of this stamp that is even more scarce, it has a different back. I tried to explain it to them, but they don't always listen.

    Scan is actually of a 1969 stamp hand cut scarce version, back is completely different.
